Ive been awaiting a link for over 10 days now with promises after promises. Just how do i get a link? I seem be be ghosted now on emails.

When i joined in November I never received a link to join the invite only app for next drive. I only discovered that I should be using this to monitor usage rather than the default app that the eon page directs me to download.

The Eon app has been experiencing some technical issues and the team are working on this as we speak. Once resolved a new link will be sent to you via email.

Seems no one at eon can do this for the customer. Despite assurances given above
Customer service does not involve giving service to customers it seems.
I'll have to deal with this when back in UK. Throughly fed up of eon now -

its by invite only when you sign up up for next drive. Eon have failed to send this invite and yet somehow im supposed to resolve this myselfLast edited by BruceM; 04-02-25 at 17:34.

Just to update on this anyone hoping to use this app you can't as its broken with an unknown timescale for it to be resolved. I have been advised to use the Hugo app to monitor my usage.
