We have had no power for over 24hrs. We have a key prepayment metre. We cant have a smart metre due to poor wifi. Have tried. My partner is diabetic. I have been issued with 4 different ITR numbers, wasting 4hrs. None have worked. I feel they are stalling because they dont want to deal with a faulty key metre. We have no power and are being ignored. Complaint raised...what now?
Faulty prepayment metre. Eon wont send engineer.
