Hi @Julie I think you are going to have to contact Customer Services. As far as I can see a non-smart meter like the EDMI ES-12B does not have a screen to show the Economy 7 time periods.
Ways to contact Customer Services can be found here: https://eonnext.com/contact
The ES12b is a five terminal smart meter. If it's not working 'smartly' or doesn't have a comms hub, that's neither here nor there.
You will need to look at the supply number on your electricity bill. The big number beginning with S that looks a bit like this:
Give us the digits from the first (should be 02 for dual rate) and second boxes (time code) on the top row, and the digits from the first box on the bottom row (supply region) and we'll tell you your hours.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
If your IHD is working that will show the same time as the meter- that is the source of the time displayed. My own IHD isn't powered continuously and the battery is flat but it soon picks up the time when its switched on.
If you use the bright app or Eon Next's own app, or if you use the IHD to check your consumption, you should be able to see a huge leap in consumption when storage heaters become energised under E7 - I'm assuming you have storage heaters which I shouldn't really, but hopefully I'm on the right track. I'm finding smart meters do have some minor advantages over traditional meters, but not enough to convince me that they provide value for money though.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
