Hi, my IHD stopped showing electricity data a couple of days ago. Gas is still showing without issue. I've tried a couple of reboots without success. Any idea?
Hi @PaulD
I take it you've checked to see that you can manually read your actual electric meter? Are you also able to see readings on the EoN Next app or Hildebrand Bright app?
You say you've tried rebooting a few times, does your IHD have rechargeable batteries? Did you either remove them or let them go completely flat before trying to reconnect? It might be worth doing if you didn't. Also move the IHD as close to the comms hub as possible before powering up.
If all fails then contact Customer Services. https://eonnext.com/contact
PS
This thread was a while back with a similar problem to yours: https://community.eonnext.com/thread...ull=1#post4486

Pointless rebooting methinks, as the IHD is clearly connected to the comms-hub as you say it's picking up the readings from the gas-proxy (comms hub hub talks to the gas meter ½ hourly to save the battery in the meter itself, then stores the readings in a "proxy" lookalike which can talk to the rest of the world without needing to contact the meter)
So for some unknown reason (I can only assume that...) the electric meter isn't talking to the Comms hub, which as @WizzyWigg says you can verify if the EOn app doesn't show the leccy data but does show the gas.
Morning @PaulD
Contact Customer Services and explain situation, see if they can pull a reading from your electric meter. If they can't they can refer to the Smart Team to investigate. Bear in mind that if your meter isn't communicating then you going to have to submit a manual reading monthly to eliminate estimates.
