now how do i move my gas to eon next

There was a problem transferring my gas supply to Eonnext (the gas database address was wrong). A customer service agent fixed this. Now how do I transfer my gas supply. I already have an account (as my electricity is being transferred) but there is no option to add anything.

Thanks very much for that. I've tried phone, Trustpilot and emailing unhappy@eonnext.co.uk so far. I've had about eight interactions with customer service agents and now considering just sticking with my current supplier and paying more.
