With my previous energy company, I was able to download and export daily usage stats (kwh and cost, split by energy type) to Excel. This was extremely helpful to understand my usage trends and also forecast how new tariffs would truly impact me. This isn't possible with E.ON currently. You can see the stats in the mobile app but can't do anything with them (unless you manually type each one into a spreadsheet which takes forever). Very frustrating for someone who is used to be able to do analysis on my usage!

Hi @Rachel99 I'm afraid not possible with Eon Next at moment but lots of us use Hildebrand Bright app. Have a look at this thread.

Hey @Rachel99 as @WizzyWigg has mentioned this isn't something that is currently available however I am going to pass this feedback on to the web/app/tech team as it is something that we are asked quite often, if enough people ask then you never know 😉 hopefully @geoffers will be along soon to give you some advice on alternatives for now!

@Rachel99 - yep😃, as the others have said: download the Bright app and register your meters so you can view your usage in the app.

Then go to their parent website glowmarkt.com and you will be able to download your usage directly from your meter in CSV format 👍
