I don't know why they haven't made it abundantly clear that the IHD will still show costs but it will be corrected on the customers bill, after all the first place a customer is going to look to see that they're getting free leccy is their IHD. The Christmas period is the one time of year that people want to be as stress free as possible, not chasing their supplier to see why their IHD is still showing costs.

Thank you for getting in touch. The IHD will show you the usage and the price as normal. However, the money will be taken out on the bill.
