It is worth noting that ‘exit’ fees only apply if you change supplier and move from EON not if you change fixed rate plans or tariffs. I was unaware of this until recently. It means you are protected from price rises on a fixed plan but are still able to change if a lower priced tariff is issued.

It's good isn't it. 👍 The only thing I would add is always read the small print found in the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) before signing on the bottom line, (T&Cs can always change). This should apply in all situations. Forewarned is forearmed. 😉
