We were a Npower customer who recently moved over to eon next. I spoke to a lady from eon today, regarding a new fixed rate tariff. Upon talking to the lady she said we had a £10,000 debt outstanding??
She was also confused as when Npower switched our account over, we weren't in any debt or very little. She could see that we have a smart meter and that we haven't missed a payment. She was going to look into it. This has been very stressful as we've not heard anything back yet. Can anyone please help
