Hi , Does anyone know if I have to pay the exit fees if I simply switch tariffs but stay with eon. I want to move from Eon next v26 12month to the new rewards one with the free electricity over Christmas .

Morning @MariaG If you go to your online account and look in the My Message section you should find a communication/email titled "We've updated your energy tariff" when you set up your V26 tariff. It will tell you how the exit fees apply. This screen grab is from my email when I changed recently:

Hi , thank you for that. I have managed to switch tariff to the new reward tariff and they haven’t charged me any exit fees.
As you highlighted it’s a supplier change that makes them charge you . Have a good weekend.
