Very frustrating call today to establish when and how the RTS meter will be replaced. Despite several months of emails and calls, often with contradictory information I am no nearer to getting the RTS meter replaced with a useable alternative.
Hey @Johnn635 I did reply to you back in Feb further down this thread I'm not sure if you seen this? I just wondered if you managed to arrange an appointment for an engineer to come out? Without our engineers coming out to see the set up we wouldn't be able to determine what needs to be done to get you changed over.
If you haven't already I would suggest getting this done ASAP once we have the information back from the engineer we will be able to come up with a plan of action on what needs to be done 😊

Yes, I did arrange for an engineer to visit but despite verbally agreeing what would be done, the engineer that arrived was apparently not party to the discussion so went away.
This mornings call was, I think, to the metering section , not the RTS Team. I would be happy for an engineer to visit and assess rather situation. I have provided a lot of information but understand if you require a survey. Actually, I was told that a survey was going to take place on March 28th and my call this morning was to get the results of this. The agent seemed oblivious to all this and informed me it would cost to get the meter changed. At this point I expressed my severe dissatisfaction and hung up.
somerimes it’s beneficial to do all this by email so you have a record of what had been agreed. I suspect that the engineer just gets job to do, without the background information. If so the fault clearly lies with Eon Next
