My IHD has stayed at the same figure for many days now and no matter which button I press it does not allow me to do anything. I have unplugged and tried shutting it down but to no avail. Does anyone have ideas?

@Netsavings Best to check first that your Comms Hub lights (on top of the actual meter) are flashing as expected, indicating if it's communicating properly

@Netsavings Which IHD do you have? You say you've unplugged it and shut it down but does it also have batteries? If by any chance it does have batteries then unplug, remove the batteries, leave for a few minutes. Then move as close to the actual meters as possible, replace batteries, plug back in and see if it connects unfrozen. No guarantees. 😉
It may have an internal rechargeable battery too. If the device still works if you disconnect from the mains you have an internal battery. To fully discharge that you have to leave the device on while disconnected from the mains.
