How do you get on the EV tarrif? I tried, they messed me about passing from one department to another, links on the web site didnt work then I was given phone numbers to call that no longer existed and eventually I was told "I cant quote you over the phone, this is installations, someone will call you from another department within 24 hours" that was 4 weeks ago. I ended up signing up for a fixed deal (saving me £60/month) but still charge my car at full rate.

I did it purely by email - didn't bother speaking to CS so the email presumably went to the right dept.

Judging by messages on here the so called "energy experts" are anything but, and don't seem to pass messages on or call back😒

1) sent an email asking to change to EV tariff
2) got my quote within 24hrs
3) replied immediately accepting quote
4) was switched to EV tariff within a day or so
