Hi, is there a way to get my smart meters back on sending readings, on eon WhatsApp they tried to sort it but said can't do it remotely. Is there a procedure to reset/reconect them myself? Thank you.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your smart meters, if it is something we are not able to fix remotely then an engineer visit may be required. I will pop you a dm so I can look into this for you. 😊
