... yep ... as in ALCS circuit switch, RTS switch ... I understand I'm not unusual in using local timers. Uncommon sense as per usual MR 😉.
Even having a meter operated ALCS doesn't make you immune - the times for the circuit switch and the tariff switch are separately configured and not always synchronised.
An RTS is better because it switches the circuit and the meter together (but we think that's now obsolete technology...)
