any ideas on what to do?

Hey guys, new to the community, I’m having trouble registering online, I know how to but when I go to put in my account number, it gives me 9 characters whereas my account number has 10, is the little - after the first character included? I tried entering it without the - but got no email from them
any ideas on what to do? -

Do you already have an account with us or are you trying to register as a new tenant / owner of the property?
If you already have an account you can log in using the email address connected to your account. You will need to set a password if it's your first time logging in E.ON Next Dashboard Log-In
If you have just moved into the property and need to occupy an account you may have received a welcome pack. This will give you step by step instructions on how to get set up. Morning @StevieJaHorgz120890 As far as I can remember the "-" is not needed, but it's many many moons ago since I registered.
Just make sure all the information you are using to set up the online account is exactly the same as registered on your original account. Particularly things like email addresses.

@WizzyWigg I was able to register, just can’t do a payment on the site or app, I’m currently getting a smart PAYG meter installed, will I be able to pay online after it’s done?

@DebF_EONNext yeh, I have an online account but when I login to it, I can’t see an option to pay online, plus when I sign into the app, I get this:
and it shows only my gas, not my electric, both are smart PAYG

@DebF_EONNext btw, are both my gas and electric smart PAYG meters linked to my account? cos under prepayment tariffs, it shows only my gas and not my electric

@StevieJaHorgz120890 what usually happens is your meter is installed and set up and then your account will change over to SPAYG on our side. Both your gas and electric should show on the app / online so long as they are linked on our system using the same email address. If you have 2 account numbers when you log in you will need to switch between both accounts.
When is your meter due to be installed? -
@DebF_EONNext both meters were installed a couple hours ago, I just need my second email to be registered to my second E.on Next account as the one that is already registered, for my gas and I have a separate account with E.on Next for my electric
