I was about to sign up for this today 1st August 2024, the drop down list showed the period would run from the day you signed up for the contract & finish 12 months later. All SOUNDED good!.
However, when I looked @ the contract-the period started on 1/09/2024 & finished on 30/04/2025 which is ONLY 8 months. A total scam as ever with EON!.
Afternoon @Noswal Sounds strange. As you signed up today I take it your new tariff will start as from tomorrow. I would check your online account tomorrow and see what the end actually is. What's in your online account is the most important thing.
I signed V20 only last month and runs for a full 12 months.
Update. Brain freeze I've noticed you've not signed up.
I would suggest you send an email through to hi@eonnext.com with your findings. As I said it looks very strange. If you have send a screen shot of the info in the contract.
