Hi everyone. Not sure why but all of a sudden I don't get hot water anymore. The boiler seems to be working as usual. Thanks.
As @WizzyWigg has advised get a heating engineer out. From what you say this sounds like a stuck diverter valve especially if central heating rads warm up when the CH is turned on.
I had the same problem more than once 'in reverse' a few years ago, with my previous boiler. The water was heating but the radiators weren't, so I called my heating engineer out, and as @Mailman has rightly said, the 'three-way' diverter valve had stuck and he could release it by tapping it with a hammer or spanner the first few times but it eventually jammed completely and had to be replaced, but it didn't take very long and wasn't that expensive.
A fuller description of the system components is necessary. For a start make model and age of boiler.

@Fabrizio79 welcome to the community 👋 I'm Deb one of the community coordinators on the forum it's nice to meet you! I am hoping this is now fixed however if not...
Here are some things worth checking:
Do you have a prepayment meter - If so is your gas topped up?
Do you have gas going to all of your other appliances such as cooker and radiators etc?
Have you had any recent gas works carried out on your meter if so has the engineer turned the gas back on?
Do you have a 2 rate meter that relies on the timer to heat the water? - Is there an issue with the timer (keep in mind it may have a 1hr difference due to BST/GMT)
Are you 2 rate and had a recent switch to Next Drive EV tariff?
If you have done all of these checks or it doesn't apply then you should get in touch firstly with your own gas safe engineer 😊 I hope this helps?!
Please let us know how you got on 😊
