Anyone know time when night rate kicks in on smart PAYG as cant fine info anywhere!!!!

Assuming you have two rate (Economy 7) then you need to look at your supply number (S Number) on your electricity account which is usually on one of your statements.
Otherwise, it may be on the board your meter is fitted to, It will look a bit like this:
Let us know what you have in the first and second box on the top row (meter time pattern data - 01234 in the example) and the first box on the bottom row (region code - 89 in the example)
From that information, we should be able to work out your peak and off-peak times for you.
