IHD not working

    I contacted Eonnext saying my IHD wasn't working just showing waiting for current data, I tried unplugging as suggested, i dont understand why it cant be replaced its less than 12 months old and thought it would be easy..... no, its a known issue with IHDs and appears that this is the answer to my problem and now nothing is being done!!! Why
    AND also why do you need to keep asking me to close the complaint because you can do nothing to help, surely if a complaint hasn't been resolved it shouldn't be closed. I wonder how many other customers have a non working IHD and or are being asked to close complaints that arent resolved.

    I would advise you leave the complaint open for now. It may or may not be the IHD at fault. Please see my answer to your similar post on another thread linked below…
