I've moved into a home with solar panels already installed and I'm trying to set up an SEG tariff with Eon.
They've accepted my application and all the documentation etc but they need a photo of the export reading from the meter.
The instructions for the Kaifa MA 120 meter say that it cycles through 4 displays automatically; date, time, normal reading (+A) and export reading (-A).
However my meter doesn't show the export reading display and instead has this message in that part of the cycle: "Load Limit Status Inactive"
I've contacted Kaifa but I'm not sure if they'll help. Can anyone advise please?
