..is it possible to change from v2 to to v3 mid 12 month contract. - it does say no exit fees.
Just checked the T&C's which say this
11.1.3. If your tariff has an end date, we might charge you a fee, known as an exit fee, if you switch more than six weeks before that date. Your welcome letter will tell you about this
So since the tariff clearly states "there is no exit fee" I assume you can change mid term, though it is somewhat confusing that it also says you can select to change tariff 45 days before current the tariff ends.

i was going to today but the number in the email they sent me doesn’t work.
Unfortunately we're unable to discuss E.V. tariffs through our standard residential inbox as they're a dedicated/specialist team.
If you can, please give us a call on 0800 501 5200 and we can put you in touch with the E.V. team directly who can go through the options available regarding tariffs.
Yes you can. I’ve switched from V1 to V2 then V3. However they seem to be having issues calculating bills on V2 and V3, especially if you have a multi rate meter. V1 was fine and used your 30 minute data. A number of people have reported big issues with bills and timings since going to V2 and V3. I don’t know if it effects me as I haven’t had a bill for 2 months now!
