Hi Ive been using the Eon Next account page for a few years but recently I cant see the dashboard page. When I log on it appears to go through the motions of logging on but then the screen goes blasnk and I cant see anything. It does this on my desktop, ipad and phone and it doidnt before and I havent changed anything. Any ideas?

I'm starting to see this is not as rare as I first thought. Saying that, there I can't immediately see 👀 a definitive answer.
The following might be worth a try. They are suggestions I found on another forum. Disable any browser extensions
Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling any extensions you have installed to see if that helps.
Check your internet connection
Slow or unstable internet connections can cause web pages to load incorrectly. Try resetting your router or modem and see if that helps.
Disable hardware acceleration
Sometimes hardware acceleration can cause issues with web page rendering.
Try incognito mode
Sometimes issues with web pages are caused by conflicting settings or extensions. Try opening the web page in incognito mode to see if that helps.

Try clearing the cache and cookies if you haven't already. What browser are you using? Checked my account and no problems on Android, Mac, and Linux. I use Brave as my browser.

Okay dokey. Has all software been updated? Did you clear the cookies as well as cache? What browsers are you using? What virus programs are you using? Are you using any ad blocker or VPN programs? Apologies for all the questions but from what you say something is crashing at the end of loading the dashboard.
Just a thought, you say you have the same problem using your phone, is the phone using Wi-Fi or 4/5G?

@WizzyWigg yes software all updated. As I say I've tried it on my desktop imac, ipad and iphone and its the same on all of them. Im using Firefox on my desktop and safari on my phone/ipad. No ad blocker as far as im aware, no vpn, no virus prog. Its th4 sme on wifi and 4G. It was working fine on all of them a couple of weeks ago and now doesnt, havent updated the browser . Very odd...
