I've been logging in monthly to eon for, well, many months, to post readings.
Today, it really did not want to accept my login details ... but eventually it did
So, it has always worked from my password manager as it does for most websites on the planet, but today I had to manually key the very thing that the password manager ensures is correctly entered.
So, I came to the "Next Community" to mention it and, guess what, the Community no longer recognises my login or even my email address ! So I had to re-register !!

Not an unusual problem using password managers. 9 times out of 10 there's no problem then I get a day when I have to enter details manually.
Chrome saved credentials is my problem. If I enter my details manually, I get in first time almost every time.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
The problem still exists.
Something on the Eon website has changed
Roboform fills in the email address and password, BUT the website will not accept it
If I clear the email address then manually type the exact same email address ... then it works
