I understood that the exit fee for this tariff only applied if you were switching supplier, but I have been charged an exit fee for switching to another tariff with Eon.Next. Is this correct?

Hi @Sheffielder pleasure. If you can tolerate the music whilst holding I would suggest phoning. Two weeks ago I emailed them and it took 7 days to sort. I think there was a fair number to reverse.
