Odd one - for me. I just logged in to submit meter readings (while my SMETS1 meter is in place, I have to 😥) and the option simply isn't there. On the Tariff page there's a fixed link which, if I click it, I get a "Something went wrong" with a picture of an unhappy leaf.
I called to raise the issue but the operator pretty much refused to do anything except take a meter reading from me. Which took me 10 mins on the phone...
Something wrong on my account or something wrong on the website for everyone?
I have the same thing.
Phone operators said they can't do it either as it bombs out like I get - but they will make a note of the readings. This is my opening reading, joined Eon on 27th Feb!
E-mail staff not been much use, I had to send in a photo of my meter and they mistakenly altered my login e-mail and I'm still left clueless! 🤣
Doesn't work on the app either for me...
Thanks for the message. I can confirm I can now get to where you add meter readings which is progress. I only have a single rate account but the app asks for Day and Night readings.... It won't take '0' or '00000' for the night reading but I'm too scared to put the same reading in for both in case I get charged loads! - what should I be doing?
