Just after some advice please , I’m currently on the Next Drive Tariff which is 12months but as i understand it has no exit Fees. I would like to transfer my tariff to the new cheaper V2 Next Drive Tariff but am being told that I’m not eligible when i have emailed customer support .I have also called a couple of time but the advisors don’t seem to know of the procedure to transfer, if anyone could advise that would be great .

Thanks , yes what i thought i could just switch to a std tariff for a day if they don't allow a switch from the next drive to v2 but getting no where with customer support via email or phone

@Rich71 Just for interest has Customer Services given you any reason why you can't change? I've changed a couple of times mid term with no difficulties.

CS just say i’m not eligible with no explanation - thanks for the link - that makes sense. The CS is shocking that ive had in the last week - ill probably just go to another supplier as that will be easier by the sounds of it to get a better tarrif.
thanks for your help 👍 -
@Rich71 That's strange. Just had a look in the T&C's.
May be there's something with special with Drive but it's not obvious. You could always complain. Ways to do so in the purple area at the bottom of the page. -
I see they've now come out with a Drive-V3 tariff which is even cheaper. However I'll probably have to wait until the middle of June before I can switch, if they won't let you change mid-term -
