Well, that's 2023 over and done with - now we're well into 2024 🎉
January was definitely a busy month - We started the year off with over 40,000 posts on the community 🎆
The year kicked off with another Demand flexibility scheme event - with loads of chatter about this on the forum. And loads of you sharing your experience with taking part in the DFS. Don't forget about our Demand Flexibility Service FAQpost here.
We had Energy Saving Week 💡, with @DebF_EONNext popping a poll out for everyone to take a vote on what energy saving means to you. With the aim of getting your thoughts on energy saving as well as sharing your best energy saving tips and tricks.
All things Smart was a talking point on the community in January as well - with @PeterT_EONNext and @Han_EONNextposting some customer experiences and thoughts of having a smart meter on the forum. If you've not seen them - pop over to our Smart Home section 😁
YOUR FEEDBACK.. IT MATTERS!..
We've listened and took on board feedback and suggestions from our members and added a few more extra sections! We wanted to make sure it's easier to navigate and make sure we've got the right information and processes for you. Such as sensitive subjects like our bereavement process, we've dedicated a section for that.
And we know there's lots of chatter around smart but we've not forgotten those on traditional non smart meters and we've got a section for that Traditional Non Smart Meters.
We hope everyone had a great start to the new year - here's to 2024✨

We love having you all here in the Community and really hope you find some great advice and help from our other amazing members. We all work hard to ensure everyone feels respected and supported while using the community, and keep that positive energy flowing. If a member or group is disrupting your experience without a genuine reason, you can report this to the community team quickly and easily by clicking the 3 dots on the post. Don’t worry about a thing, we’ll take it from there. If you get a message from the team about your behaviour, please try to work with us, as all we want to do is make this a positive place for everyone.
