So we have been asking for smart metres since day one.
we were told it could be a while.
we got a text saying book now.
we tried to book but couldn’t.
we were told to ring a number.
the customer service guy didn’t understand stand how we were contacted and said we don’t send text. ( a minute later ) a text come through on the same number asking me to rate the customer service ( fail)
we message on Twitter on email and PM but nothing very disappointing indeed
Oh dear, that's not right. I'm so sorry for this. Would you like to send me a private message here and I can look into this and book the appointment for you? Beki
I don't want a smart meter they tried to fit one in a metal cabinet a few years aog, where my meter is which is away from my home by some distance and said it wouldn't work. Please stop sending me invitations for a smart meter to be fitted. Also reading this forum they are nothing but trouble. We have enough family stress so do not need any more thank you.
If you would like to discuss the benefits or have any questions about smart meters we are more than happy to discuss this. We can also stop any smart correspondence going out to you. In order to do this contact us via face book or twitter or email us at hi@eonnext.com
Hi, new on the forum. Why is Eon estimating the exported KW from my Solar PV instead of using the real value sent via the smart meter? Estimate is half real value, but is more like 80% so
Sorry yet another question, I wonder why staff members on here are ignoring my post and also a private mess to one of the staff above, about why they are estimating exported generated power instead of the actually value given by the smart meter.

OK Sam, I'll ask you directly, why are Eon estimating exported generated power instead of the actually value given by the smart meter.
Have you tried Twitter private message for a fast helpful response from one of the many Eon Next customer service assistants there.
Let us know how you got on, and if you didn't try this, then why not?
