I can’t see the switch in progress message through the mobile app but I can through the mobile site.
Does the switch process take longer when you have 2 accounts? -
My attempt to move onto the EV tariff failed last week. I’ve not been told why or when the next attempt to move me onto the tariff will take place. Communication has been appalling throughout the process

It’s been a year and the cost of charging my car over that time has been £135. So I have saved about £300 by charging my car overnight. All in all I’ve saved £2000 in petrol in that year by switching to a BEV so it’s been worth it

As I only do 2,500 miles per annum the cost of an EV wouldn’t ever justify a purchase.
But if you’ve made it work for you then you have my admiration.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
