My app did not send gas usage for the last week of December, it later updated early January. It has now not sent readings for January with the exception of 15th and 16th.
Any one else have this problen?
I have phoned eon who advised reload app, done this but still the same.
Thanks for your link, it clearly confirms to me that the problem is with the eon app as other people are having the same problem. I had a problem last year with the IHD and spent days trying to sort it, finally gave up as eon help was useless.
