I contacted Eon Next, who could offer no explanation as to why this has happened, but confirmed my account is all in order, and the Smart readings are still being taken, which I could already see on my account. The lady I spoke to said she would inform the Tech team. In the meantime @DebF_EONNext, has very kindly looked into the issue for me, and 17/11/22 was the last date I actually submitted a manual reading, before the Smart readings started.
My brother and my next door neighbour both have exactly the same issue, my brothers account is showing his last readings were 724 days ago, at the top of his meter readings history page, the last manual readings before his Smart meters were installed, and my neighbours is showing 500+ days. They will both be contacting Eon Next tomorrow. I thought it was just me with the issue but it's more widespread.
@DebF_EONNext is flagging the problem up, so if anyone is experiencing the same issue, hopefully Eon Next will correct it, and we should hear something in due course. π€
