We have a business account with eon next that i can access easily on line with a password and email address. I am also responsible for paying my Directors home account( he is not computer savvy). But as we only have one email address your system wont let me in to his home account to check for bills. It also seems some of his paper bills are not arriving at his home. Therefore are not getting paid.
Is there some way of linking the two accounts?

Yes I have but they cant do this without speaking to my director for permission to add his account.
I have spoken to him to try and get him to contact them but he is saying he to busy it will have to wait.
So i guess we are back to him not getting the bills paid promptly cause they aren't being passed to me until months later.
Why do you not simply set up a monthly direct debit on the Director's account in order to pay the bills regularly? Not only will it be less hassle but it will work out cheaper too. Direct Debit payment tariffs are cheaper than 'pay on receipt of bill' tariffs by about 5%.

Their choice although a poor one from a 3rd Party point of view. All you can do is outline the options available to the Director. Ultimately it is their responsibility not yours.
As a company owner and Director myself, if I wasn't competent to sort out my own personal financial affairs such as utility bills, the rest of the Board would probably raise an eyebrow over my competence and suitability as a Director.
As far as I’m aware there is no competency check on those who are company directors. They even accepted me!
but I get my bills direct to my email - I can’t remember if I ticked a box for that to happen, but I suspect this can be easily solved.
