In which case, you should have had two of the three payments already. You will need to go back through your bank statements as the deposit references will be tagged DWPCOL or something similar.
Qualifying recipients did not need to claim or fill in any forms as it was all done automatically through the DWP, separately to any other benefit payments.
It also has to be Income Related ESA, not Contribution Based ESA

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Everyone got £66/67 a month last winter for 6 months under the Government EBSS scheme. It doesn't apply this year.
The only additional cost of living payments this year are for those on certain benefits. £300 in September and December 2023 and the final payment due in April. Paid automatically into your bank by DWP if you qualify.
I am on PIP due to bad health but i didn’t receive any extra payments of £300 i am in Scotland so i don’t no if that’s different to England + Wales my daughter received a letter getting £66 then £65 a month up until April or May but i haven’t had anything
PIP doesn't qualify unless you are claiming another qualifying benefit. The rules apply to the whole of the UK including Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You may be entitled to up to three Cost of Living Payments of £301, £300 and £299 if you get any of the following benefits or tax credits on certain dates:
Thank you so much i will have a look as i am definitely not fit to work i am on high disability and alot of pain medication along with other issues, usually i have my warm home discount payment around Christmas time but i haven’t heard anything yet but i will also check my bank statements. Thank you so much for your help
The entitlement to the warm home discount scheme is assessed centrally by DWP and then the payments are made by your energy supplier. Disability benefits no longer feature in the eligibility criteria.- but low income and high energy costs do.
@retrotecchie has mentioned the cost of living payments which have different criteria from the warm home discount and a different method of payment.
Last winter (22/23) all electricity consumers got a series of 6 discounts between October and March of £66/£67 per month but those were exceptional and are not being repeated this winter.
