Have you tried to see if you can read your meters via your Ivie Bud IHD? I've attached the instructions. If you can see them on the IHD just double check them on the actual meter. Apologies if you have to go into the garage but this is definitely worth checking.

Yes so it seems I'm getting the info on the ihd
Ihd displaying - 21045.77
Gas meter - 21045.81
So I'm assuming this would align every 30 mins.
just strange it's not adding it up for me for the day and just showing as 32p .
Guess something is just not working properly somewhere as all my apps (bright , loop and ivie bud app) are not adding up either

I have to rely on meter readings. I'm afraid the technology and apps are not totally reliable. Let's be honest taking a few meter readings and doing a quick bit of maths is way more accurate. By all means use the tech as a guide but the old ways are the best 👴.

I don't think I can recall a TV advert for anything where the product has lived up to the hype.
I've never found a sensitive toothpaste that works as claimed, alcohol-free beers don't taste like beer and none of the insurance companies can save me an 'average of £290 per annum' on a fully comp £149 Class1 business insurance for the company car.

Level 9201-01-24As good an explanation from Eon Next completely debunking the claims from proponents of smart meters that their use by all customers is vital to the energy supply industry. Customers should see them for the waste of our time and money that they really are.
