I can't stand Mariah Carey and not a fan of Michael Buble either. The sooner they go back in the attic for another year, the better.
Anyway for those of you, like me, who don't really do Christmas...
May I wish you a very joyous solstice and the end of another solar year. If you look to the west at around sunrise tomorrow morning, you might see me dancing around the garden in my Bah Humbug hat 🤪
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Will that be the black and white hat you posted a photo of you wearing about this time last year. They are very popular with Newcastle United fans, and my cousin says she's seen some with 'Howe-ay the Lads' instead of 'Bah Humbug' printed on the brims.
A very joyous solstice to you too, and 'Keeeep Dancing', as they say on Strictly.🥂😂
I 'm going to plump for another George Michael Xmas song, one that is relatively forgotten from 2009 'December Song (I Dreamed of Christmas)' but it did reach number 14 that Xmas. Noted for a cute video as well.

Which happened to be on BBC 2 earlier this evening. Naturally, I watched it, being an 80s lad, but I could just as easily have dug out my Now That's What I Call Christmas (original version on vinyl) and listened to that - much of the same stuff!
Mind you, there was also a Christmas '73 Sykes and a Christmas '77 The Good Life on too on the box tonight. A bit of Hattie Jacques and Penelope Keith kept my attention away from the howling wind outside 😉
Yes those TOTP Xmas specials were just the Best of 19xx. Yes I watched a little of the 1984 TOTP wondering what @WizzyWigg was talking about. It started with 'Two Tribes' by 'Frankie Goes to Hollywood'. Ah those were the days of American Football in a 1 hour slot, Sunday on Channel 4 with that thumping tune in the show? Dan Marino and the Miami Dolphins. Good times. 😎
