Eon Next generally don't charge exit fees unless you change supplier. I have a printout for my fixed tariff (Next Loyalty Fixed v4) which says they are only payable if I switch supplier before my tariff end date. If you can't find your T&Cs I would suggest an email to hi@eonnext.com asking the question. That way you will get a written answer should you ever need to refer to it.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@JoeSoap.....Thanks for the email address to send my query. I have been told by one adviser there is no charge, but then told by another adviser that there is a charge of £75 for the gas and £75 for the electricity if I simply change tariffs....so I'm confused 🤔. I'll email them and get something in writing....Thanks again😄👍
I know there's no exit fee with the tariff I'm currently on (Next Loyalty Fixed V4) but have been told by one EON Adviser that if I went onto the Next Fixed 12M Version 6 tariff there would be a exit fee of £75 for gas and £75 for electricity if I left this and went onto another tariff with Eon in the future. Another Eon adviser then said there wasn't an exit fee!! I've been advised of an email address to send my query to....just need to have confirmation in writing 😃. Thanks 4 your reply👍
