Hi, can anyone tell me when my smart meter will update to my new tariff as it's still showing old, tried resetting to no avail!

The new tariffs if you are on Next Flex don't change until January 1st. If you are on a fixed deal, they won't change until your fix ends.
Otherwise, drop an email to Customer Services hi@eonnext.com with Request Smart Meter Tariff Update in the subject line and your account number and details in the body.
