I think the 1.9 was a really good lump but not so sure about the 2.0.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

The funny thing is, mine was also a couple of years before 'dieselgate'. So no software hacks to fiddle the emissions tests. It still tests lower for nasties than my mate's 18 plate 2.0 Touareg. But I can't drive it in ULEZ areas without paying the tax as the engine isn't Euro 6 compliant. The fact that the MOT engine emissions figures beat Euro 6 by a significant margin counts for nothing 🤬

I have no intention of driving in restricted zones, I must admit. I don’t fully understand all the restrictions so I’ll just stay away.
