I've always had the winter payment. Last year I was told by DWP I didn't qualify. Then eon sent me the warm home discount. I am disabled with severe lung condition, I use a mobility scooter and breathing equipment and my medication has to be in the fridge. Will I be entitled to it this year ?

your disability isn’t part of the criteria for WHD any longer. But lower incomes and high cost homes are.
the link mentioned goes into it in detail, but it’s not up to Eon Next whether you get the discount- they merely pay it
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
