Morning If you have an online account you can find all tariffs available to you. Click on the menu at the top right of the screen. Click Energy and Tariffs. Then click Our Tariffs. Go almost to the bottom of the page and you will see Check out all our tariffs. Enter your post code and as you go down the page you'll see a break down for Next Pledge V2. I've attached the one for my region. North West.
The standing charge is way higher and the unit rate of gas I can see but theres no information on what the cap on that price is. The fact they completely avoid tellings us this tells me this is something to avoid.

Yep. It sounds like a scam to me. It might do this, it might do that, it might do the other... just total garbage. Theyve had nearly a whole year with wholesale energy prices at 2019 levels and weve got the same bills this winter coming as we had last winter.
Ive got time today to sort this out because its Saturday and the lazy so-and-sos are working today. £billion company with worse customer service hours than my local corner shop.
