i was sent an email about the Winter Support Scheme telling me i am eligable for 25% reduction so i clicked on the link to it and there was no such tarriff there nothing about it

If you have had the message, then a call to Customer Services to take up the offer is the way to do it.

yes i did contact them through facebook messenger but they said ring up about it so i did and i was switched to the winter tarrif and i am very happy about it 😁 -

no i dont eon next have told me they can not fit a smart meter as i live in a block of flats and all our meters are in the same cupboard
im not to bothered about smart meters i used to work for southern electric i know how to read a meter i work it out the end of every month before i give my meter readings in
i know how much i spend down to the last penny 😁
