So my Smart Meter updated to the latest October Flex prices for gas and electricity. I then noticed the default screen in the last two days showing the 24 hours usage (red green amber) was all grey. Restarted the IHD, still grey but saw the gas usage cost is in $. Checked the gas My Account tab, and the prices tab has disappeared. Has any one else had this happen?

If you can post some photos of the meters and the IHD and give a description of what the little lights on the comms hub (normally attached to electric meter) are doing, ie. what colour, are they flashing and if so at exactly what rate, then I will tag @theunknowntech who may be able to pop in and give some learned advice on this.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
Level 206-10-23A price alert was on the unit this morning and the gas price has returned, so assume an update was sent overnight. Now all indicating correctly. Looks like updating prices is still problematic for smart meters. -
