hi, my 2019 IHD3 smart meter has days where it only displays electicity use and doesn't show gas.
Been happening from time to time, figured it was updating tarrifs
Always been slower to update the display than leccy, the account is set to 1/2 hourly but nada, nothing, no daily use, tariff , history.
I rebooted..switched off and unplugged,
the display hasn't moved- it has been in the same place since install approximately10ft from external sited meter.
BTW the dispaly was replaced in 2019..faulty intermittant/no signal.
You could try downloading the Hildebrand Bright app. It’s excellent in my opinion and free. That will show data right back for about a year. It might take a little while to fully populate. You will then see if it’s the IHD at fault or something else.
