I can't offer any help unfortunately. I ditched the Eon App as it's useless and does nothing I can't do on the Web portal, and the only solar monitoring app or ecosystem I recommend only works with Victron inverters. And only folks who know exactly what they are doing use Victron inverters.

For all the bunff eon gave me about it being the best up to date system, I may as well put an abacus on my kitchen table and count my electric with that……. My neighbour is with octopus and his app has a realtime energy flow diagram within the app. Can’t be hard for eon to take my smart meter consumption reading and link it in to what the panels are producing 🤷🏼♂️☹️
