@Manders139 I’m also in the same boat and have been given the run around. I meet all the criteria due to a chronic illness, medication stored in the fridge and an income of less than 19k. I feel as though the advisers do not have enough knowledge to help me or there is a flaw in the way they contact their customers. Im at my wits end with this one after contacting them several times with different responses each time.
Once you have registered, we'll be in touch as soon as we can. We have lots of info on our website about it here

I would suggest to have a chat with one of our Energy Specialists who will listen and discuss your options 💜
Even though we spoke on another thread @Prettyeyez any updates please do let us know and if you have any questions 🤗
Knowledge is power, community is strength, and positive attitude is everything 💜
The discounts on offer here are so substantial almost anybody would want them. But Eon Next will have allocated a set amount of money to cover the scheme and will give the reduced prices (I’m guessing here) to those it considers to be in the greatest need, rather than all who meet the initial criteria. It’s of little comfort to those who are not successful to know that there are others judged to be in even more need than they themselves are but that’s the reality.
Better communication of the selection process would have helped.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Following the advice on MSE I was able to register my interest online for this tariff as my household income is less than £19,000 (one of the 3 criteria) to get the 25% off tariff.
I've given it a whirl as my household income is under the threshold, I'm on the PSR and got WHD last year.
I won't hold my breath though as one of the other 'small print' conditions is that you have a smart meter, and I don't! For this sort of saving, I'd be happy to get one, but as they don't work round here (no connectivity), it's all a bit moot!

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
