I'd also check to see if the Bright app is receiving usage data.
Just to update you if you were trying to log on to the Hildebrand Bright app it's been noticed by a few of us that there is a problem. Might be the server is down. The Bright app might show if there has been any historical transmission of data, post stoppage, from your meters to the DCC, (it can take a while to build). If there hasn't been any transmission since 2022, I would certainly contact Customer Services. At least they can forward the details to the meter team. I'm afraid it may not be a high priority request if you can read your meters.
By the by there haven't been any mobile network communication problems where you live, has there? 3G still up and running?

3g is still working a moment not shore which network they use
Telefonica/O2. But if they codeshare on an EE or Vodafone 3G mast, in a particular location, then they are being turned off in several areas around the UK. Ours went almost a year ago so no smart meters work round here anymore.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
