ID:	2517We're working with Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) in Nottingham on a £64 million project to help them achieve their net zero goals, improve air quality and enhance comfort for patients.

It's expected to cut QMC’s carbon emissions by 10,000 tonnes of CO2 or 30% a year initially, to around 43% once the current gas-fired heating system is decommissioned This will be achieved by installing a renewable geothermal heating and cooling system as well as new energy saving windows and smarter building controls.

This is the largest recipient of government funding from Phase 3 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, a significant accomplishment for both E.ON and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust! You can read all about it 👉 here 👈
