Just been invited to tomorrow’s event from 5-6.30pm. It doesn’t say what my actual target is. It just says 20% target usage. So would that be 20% reduction in normal usage or 20% of normal usage over the last eight days?
I’ve signed up anyway.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

What oh no - no email for me yet 😞
Re the usage figure, it should be the average of the last 10 weekdays for your reduction period. For missing data they can go back further. So average up your last 10 weekdays usage (inc I think todays but not sure 🤔) for your event period and go from there. With any luck you'll be sunning yourself in Marbella next year with your proceeds. 😎
It says last 8 days but I don’t have a target kWh figure. It just says “20% target usage”. I have to make of that what I will 🤔
Hmmm that is interesting. According to the October 23 NGESO documentation BL01 (Identify historical days with metered data) it should be the last 10 days working days unless you ain't got 10 daysworth of data. 🙄
It looks like you are one of the chosen one - no sign of it in my inbox 😫😭
I wish you the best of luck with your efforts on Wednesday. 👍
I have opted in and also 20% reduction target. Trouble is I was on holiday 4 out of the last 8 working days so my usage was very low anyway! They also decided to reduce my DD probably because I’ve been working away for 3 weeks in the last 4 so my usage has been almost zero!

I wish they would just give us a target in kWh for the event period. I'm sure they did that last year.
It's all too much for my little brain. As you can see from my screenshot above it doesn't even say working day 🤔
Just pull the main trip switch at 5 pm and pretend to everyone at home that this is the way things are for DFS. A few days later you go out to a local cafe and have a latte on the proceeds. I won't tell.
