Afternoon. When you say you can't read your electricity meter. Is it completely blank. If it is you will have to contact Customer Services. How to is in the purple area at the bottom of this page.
Not much information there. If the meters are new or you've recently switched supplier then you may have to wait about six weeks before everything is fully functional. If the meters were previously both working fine then you will be best to contact customer service as per the advice above from @WizzyWigg
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I'm an Eon Next Dual Fuel customer. When the tariff changed in July I lost the electricity from my IHD and EON did not receive an automated reading for electricity. My smart meter doesn't seem to show me any useful information and I'm not able to send a meter reading. Waiting to see if my gas sends an automated reading this month.

This is a video of my EDMI ES 10B smart meter. It does not show the words 'IMPORT/EXPORT' and only cylces around '00000'/'£57.68' & '06081' (which is the last electric meter reading I gave them).
